Choose coordinated colours or complementary neutrals, such as cream, white, light blue or earth tones, and keep the overall style consistent. Avoid busy patterns, bold contrasting stripes and large brand logos, so the focus stays on your family and the connection between you.

Yes. We understand that unexpected situations can arise when caring for children and older family members. If someone is unwell, please let us know at least 2–3 days before your session. We will reschedule your booking to another suitable date at no extra charge.

Yes. We plan around your itinerary, recommend a weather-aware location and time the session for flattering natural light.

Of course—pets are part of the family too. Please tell us their breed and how many pets will be joining in advance, so we can prepare the studio for a clean and comfortable session and make appropriate safety arrangements.

Absolutely. We plan group combinations and pacing for different ages, from young children to grandparents, so everyone is included comfortably.

Absolutely. You do not need to know how to pose. We provide live guidance and teach your family how to pose according to your chosen photography style, from natural and relaxed to polished and formal.

Yes. Studio packages include unlimited outfit and backdrop changes within your booked session time.

Choose based on your preferred session length and number of edited photos: Essential includes 60 minutes and 10 edited photos, Extended includes 90 minutes and 15 edited photos, and Grand includes 20 edited photos.

Yes. We are a time-based photography service with no person limit. You may book a one-hour session for 20 people as long as your required groupings and photographs can be completed within that time.

Studio packages include a premium scene, live pose guidance, all digital copies, unlimited outfit and backdrop changes within the booked time, and 5-day priority delivery.

Yes. All digital copies from your session are returned. You will also receive 10, 15 or 20 edited photographs, depending on your selected package.

We send you all the photos to download, so you can choose your favourites with your family in the comfort of your own home, whenever it suits you. There is no pressured in-person selection process and absolutely no hard selling.

Every package includes 5-day priority delivery.
